The Youth Summer Program was not approached as a seasonal campaign —
but as a scalable annual framework.
We developed the strategic architecture of the program, defining its positioning, narrative direction, structural pillars, and audience engagement model. The objective was to build a flexible system that could be refreshed yearly while maintaining a strong and recognizable core identity.
The visual identity was constructed as a modular language — a dynamic symbol system representing culture, arts, science, exploration, and youth expression. This system allowed annual updates without compromising consistency.
Beyond branding, the project established the program’s long-term identity strategy — enabling it to be renewed every year with subtle adaptations while preserving its structural integrity.
